3) Airline Refunds:

4) Hotel Refunds:
- Refunds for hotel bookings will be subject to the policies of the individual hotel vendors.


- Customers should review the cancellation and refund policies of the specific hotel they have booked through Ezee Vacations.


5) Other Service Providers:

- Refunds for other travel-related services, such as car rentals or tours, will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.


- Ezee Vacations will assist customers in processing refund requests according to the policies established by these service providers.


6) Refund Processing:

- To initiate a refund request, customers must contact Ezee Vacations directly and provide relevant booking details


- Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible once all necessary information has been received and verified.


- Customers will be notified of any refund deductions, including the service charge, before the refund is finalized.


- Refunds will be credited within seven days from the date they are received in our accounts from the respective airlines/vendors


7) Exceptions:

- In certain circumstances, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances beyond the control of Ezee Vacations or the customer, refund policies may be adjusted at the discretion of Ezee Vacations management.
